Sunnyside ADU

Intended to enhance and not detract from its surroundings, this modern ADU set in the Sunnyside neighborhood of Denver, features crisp and modern finishes in steel, oak and concrete. Our team of designers, builders and craftsmen worked closely with the homeowners to create a streamlined exterior with a minimal and functional design that the family could utilize as a space to entertain, work and relax while being surrounded by expansive windows to create an indoor/outdoor living area. Raw Creative provided custom fabrication of interior elements including white-oak built-ins and casework, steel backsplashes, grey concrete countertops and a custom ladder to access the upper loft.
